Registration Procedure

Registrations for 2023 will only be reviewed in September 2023
​
Step 1: Fill out the form below before the registration deadline (21/09/2023 at 16:00).

Step 2: Within 72 hours of submission, you will receive confirmation or refusal of your registration via email or SMS.

Step 3: If your submission is accepted, please complete your registration by paying a €25 entry fee to any of the following organizers: Chirag Madhani, Thomas Tcherkezian, Guy Gorenstein, or Yash Kedia.
Step 4: The 8 team owners will be given the list of players to study and by 22/09/2023 no later than 23:59 must select a Captain. Only the players who indicate via this form that they are willing to be captain will be proposed to the team owners.
Step 5: The Captains, along with team owners if needed, will meet at an undisclosed location on 23/09/2023 at 10:00 to fairly choose their teams from the remaining list of players.
No players outside the registered list will be allowed.
Unfortunately, due to the high chance there will be more registrations than players needed, we cannot guarantee you will be chosen. Any player not chosen will be refunded their €25 registration fee.
If you do wish to be captain, please make sure that you are free on the 23/09/2023 at 10:00 to select your team in case you are chosen.
Step 6: Get practicing and we'll see you at the tournament!
Rules for Registration:
Only people (18+) from within the Diamond and Gem area will be allowed to register.
This means anyone working in Diamond, Gem or service-related companies on Schupstraat, Hovenierstraat, Rijfstraat and Vestingstraat will be accepted for review.
Anyone ineligible will be refused at the board’s discretion.
Only the goalkeeper position is fixed, all other players will be asked to play which ever position decided by their teammates and captain (though your preference will be noted in the form, it is not guaranteed). Players who indicate they don’t want to be goalkeeper may not be forced to be one.
Each player is obliged to play 30% of their group games on tournament day or their team may face disqualification. If your team is lucky enough to reach the semi-finals, then from that point forward it is at the team’s discretion who plays for how long.
If you are chosen for a team and for which ever reason you don’t want to take part anymore or you do not show up on tournament day, you will not be refunded your registration fee and you will be banned for the following year.
